Service Description
Practical consultation and training for churches and organizations looking to strengthen their live sound systems, troubleshoot audio challenges, or better understand Dante audio networking and routing. From signal flow, system setup, and console workflows to Dante configuration, routing, and troubleshooting, each consultation is tailored to your team’s experience, equipment, and specific needs.
Consultation and Support Policy
Creative Tides Consultation and Support provides free, accessible creative and technical expertise to individuals, churches, and organizations in our community. Support may include consultation, coaching, training, troubleshooting, or limited one-time services such as worship leading, event photography, or assistance with a specific creative project. Consultation and training is limited to two hours per request, and on-site support is generally limited to locations within 20 miles of the individual providing the service. All requests are subject to availability and submitting a request does not guarantee a specific professional, date, or service. Requests requiring ongoing support, extensive project work, additional travel, or services beyond the complimentary scope may require a separate paid arrangement directly with the professional. Services are offered at no cost, with an optional and encouraged donation to Creative Tides.
